By accessing or using questionert.com (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What this site is

The Site is a fan-made archive of The Colbert Questionert segment from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, plus a tool for visitors to answer the same questions and share their responses. It is not affiliated with CBS, Paramount, The Late Show, or Stephen Colbert. See the About page for source attribution and takedown contact.

Accounts

You sign in with Google to take the Questionert. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

You may delete your account or your submitted answers at any time from your profile. To request full deletion of account-related data, email [email protected].

Your content

Answers you submit remain yours. By submitting them you grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute them in connection with the Site and its features (for example, on the Community Wall and shared profile pages). You can revoke this license by deleting your answers.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates another person.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Site. That includes: scraping at a rate that degrades service, attempting to bypass authentication, submitting spam or automated answers, or using the Site to harass other users or third parties.

Intellectual property

“The Colbert Questionert,” The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, related marks, and celebrity responses quoted on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for archival and commentary purposes. The Site’s own code, design, and original written material are © the Site operator.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Transcriptions are auto-generated and may contain errors.

Limitation of liability
